Lean into your identity and on it. People love being able to easily define who you are and what you do.
Who is the population you serve and why can you serve them better than anyone?
What is the major pain point that you will solve for them?
How will you solve it more effectively than anybody else?
Does this audience have the ability to pay you for what you do?
Does this audience have the desire to pay you for what you do?
Describe the products and services you will offer this group.
Are these truly products and services that they will buy today?
How are you going to test this?
Are you willing to make adjustments if the market does not respond favorably to your initial idea on products and services?

What are the consequences of people not using your products and services? Either from not using any solution or from using a competing solution?
How will you re-position your competition?
How can you inspire fanatical passion to your cause?
Who do you need to become in their life in order for you to best serve them?
If you can solve their problem better than anybody else in the world what would you expect they would see in you in terms of your online presence?
Imagine yourself being a top leader in your industry. What do you imagine their social media looks like? Their website looks like? Their branding looks like? Their speaker and press kit? They are google search results?
Take a few hours and collect 20 top leaders in your industry and collect their website addresses and social media into a spreadsheet. Ask yourself why they make the branding decisions that they do.
What will your life be like if you can solve this problem for them?
Explain how you will be compensated and enjoy a rich lifestyle by solving this problem.
Where do you expect you will be on this journey in 12 months? Two years? Ringers? Four years? Five years? 10 years?
What happens if you play big in doing this? What happens if you play small?
Take all of the elements that we are going to work on together and you’re off my influence membership and lay them out into a calendar. Where will we be in 12 months together?
