Because of the growth we're experiencing, we expect to double in size every 6-10 months for the foreseeable future. Today's hires are tomorrow's leaders. We are regularly promoting our shining stars – and are committed to your professional development.
Self-starter – You'll have assigned tasks – but we aren't watching over your shoulder. We'll provide top-notch training – but we expect that you will show initiative to excel at your work.
Current open positions:
We are looking for qualified individuals who can lead and advise our B2B clients. Duties include: personally coordinating, advising and guiding clients through the steps of building their podcasts; creative writing based on templates; tasking other team members; and attending video meetings with clients and team members.
We are looking for 1 qualified self-starter who can conduct pre-interview calls on behalf of our B2B client podcasts. Duties include: being friendly, personable, and showing up on time for the appointments; ability to follow an outline of questions; developing show notes and updating our B2B clients; sending out follow-up templated emails to each guest; and giving feedback to the team.
If you have some experience behind the mic and have a good setup, we'd love to have you host interview-style podcast shows for our clients. Be ready to share your shows/content with us! We'd love to pay you for as you build your podcast experience.

Required for all positions:
– Web camera and microphone.
– Comfortable talking in a video conference setting.
– Not afraid of technology and new software.
– Must be coachable.
– Fluency in written and spoken English.
– Excellent editing, grammatical, and organization skills.
– Ability to work remotely.
– Availability during some US daytime hours.
Our open positions range from 10-30 hours per week with ample growth opportunities. The position is remote work and independent contractor status. The candidate will need reliable, fast internet and necessary equipment, such as a computer and mobile device. Hours are flexible but the position will require some availability during daytime hours (U.S.).
