Businesses often aren’t taking advantage of the data that analytics can provide. They often think it’s too complicated, according to Barros, director of Solved Puzzle Agency and Chatbots to Go.

Barros said marketers need to know the ins and outs of analytics in order to really serve their customer. Analytics provide important data that can be used to make decisions about marketing – as well as the company in general.

“Tell them, ‘We’re going to show you that we’re going to start making data-driven decisions,” Barros said. “They will ultimately not only trust you, but they will continue to work with you.”
