Grant started his company in 2016. Norwood Energy helps mineral market ownership such as oil and gas and identifies Hot Spot; where high productions are to meet high profitability. They've worked with/partnered with a few other companies like Joint Venture, Black Horn, and Pioneer. He provides the capital to run the oil field and maintains the level of return for the landowner.
