Adam started his business around nine years ago, focusing on the orthopedic space and building a culture in that field. Tangible Solutions manufactures orthopedic titanium implants such as hips, knees, spines, or other body parts. The business began in Adam's garage and has grown to 20 employees. His workers never work on Fridays and he feels like this increases productivity dramatically.
