Within the novice stage, one must gain experience and figure out the things they prefer over others. At this point, one can still have a successful business through referrals and word of mouth. Alistair explains that to go further, you have to focus on a specific field, which can be scary to decide as it can cut off other areas of possible connections or revenue. Alastair explains that results come from consistency and a routine over a significant period of time. This is important as it gives others more trust in a business. Alistair says that time and experience is important to creating a good image for yourself or business.
