Slique Media is a social media creative agency with a specialization in restaurants and hospitality. They focus on content creation and influencer management. Andrew explains that the first clients came from past business ventures between him and his business partner. With My Coffee was invented as a fix for Slique Media’s problem with labor management and recruitment. Through this, With My Coffee was created to help businesses find employees that fit their needs.
Andrew explains that it is important to find qualified workers as they represent your business like any other team member. For example, when delegating accounting work, you will hire a qualified accountant to do the work. The same should be done for designers to help grow the business. Andrew explains that he vets candidates for clients as he would for his own company. This is done through finding out what his clients need and searching for candidates until their client is satisfied. Andrew explains that branding is crucial because the first impression made by consumers is the initial sales pitch.
