Our world needs more people who will step up and be a Leader of Transformation. Leaders who elevate others, empower them, give them a hand up, and encourage them to be their best. Who replace fear, doubt and judgement with faith, hope and love. Who take the lead and encourage new habits that support the health of our planet, our relationships and our life experience. It starts with leading ourselves first.
This world needs more leaders, who live and lead themselves well, and who uplift and empower others to do the same. Leaders who make this world a better place for everyone. We are experiencing a leadership crisis right now. Too often, leaders at the highest levels are sacrificing ethics, collaboration and generosity for greed, competition and personal gain and setting a poor example for others to follow. There is a cry for change that is reverberating around the globe.
It all comes down to leadership. A great leader doesn’t just accumulate followers. A great leader builds other leaders – because they know it’s not about them. Are you a leader? What motivates and inspires you? How are you using your success and influence to create a better world around you? Is your public persona congruent with your personal integrity? Where is your opportunity for self-growth.
You’re either growing or dying. Lifting up or tearing down. Moving forward or sliding backwards. Who is challenging you to grow, expand, unlock the greatness in others and move forward powerfully? What could you accomplish if you eliminated the pain of past experiences along with the fear of failure and what other people might think? Nicole is confident that no matter how happy, accomplished and influential you are, there is more joy, freedom, fulfillment and impact available for you.
