In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge speaks with the Real Estate Investor and Coach of Wealth Building Concierge, Tamar Hermes.
Staci advises that anytime is a good time to invest in real estate. However, it is an interesting time today to invest due to the shift in the market bringing about new opportunities. Staci explains that the best avenue for real estate investment is different from person to person and can depend on factors such as portfolios, connections, and lending. Connection to investments and returns is quite rare as many individuals are trying to understand their positions and make a profit off of them.
Staci explains that women are more cautious when it comes to risk which allows for advantage once mitigating risk has been learned. Real estate has a large focus on connections and relationships where women excel at due to being nurturers as biology suggests. Staci explains that buying your first property may have to take place in a different state based on the cost to gain ratio. Low loans are helpful as individuals usually only have to put 3% down to obtain their first home. Partnerships and passive investment resources are other avenues to get started if an individual does not want to go into it alone or put all their time into it.
