ALISSA NOLAN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Alissa Nolan can best be described as a straight-shooting, direct, and to-the-point personality type. She has an aversion to spontaneity and plans her life down to the Nth degree, except this bio. She’s writing this completely unplanned and off-the-cuff.

Alissa likes to be in charge and she’s the most laid-back bossy person around. Her children say that mom’s disappointment is the worst punishment ever since she clearly strives for excellence and expects it in those around her.

Alissa has worked for Makita Power Tools and United Way. Most recently she was the Command Family Ombudsman for Riverine Squadron Three where she served as the family liaison for over 250 families. She has been with UpMyInfluence since October of 2017 and loves to serve their clients whenever she isn't holding the company together with her bookeeping and human resource superpowers.

In her spare time, Alissa is the genealogist for Clan Macneil USA, a Scottish heritage group. She travels frequently with her youngest daughter who dances competitive ballroom.

JITE ERUS

Jite is easy going and fun loving. She loves a good conversation and derives pleasure from crushing goals. She cherishes relationships and goes by the idea that we rise by raising others.

After years in corporate, she decided to ditch the commute and pursue a career helping businesses achieve operational excellence online. It's been a fulfilling experience and she's totally enjoying working with the UMI team.

At the weekends, you'd most likely her reading, trying out a new recipe or solving puzzles.

Hello! I'm Subrinea, a PodCoach with UpMyInfluence, where I have the privilege of helping individuals harness the power of podcasting to amplify their influence. With a knack for designing impactful pages and a passion for creativity, I thrive on exploring new challenges and embracing opportunities.

My journey in the realm of podcast coaching has been a fulfilling one, driven by my innate desire to empower others and foster creativity. I believe in the transformative potential of storytelling, and I'm dedicated to helping my clients unlock their unique voices and share their stories with the world.

Beyond my professional endeavors, you'll often find me immersed in the world of design, constantly seeking inspiration and pushing the boundaries of creativity. Whether it's crafting visually stunning pages or brainstorming innovative solutions, I approach each project with enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail.

ANGELIQUE TAGAMA

PODCOACH

Angelique is a business owner and an account manager at UpMyInfluence. In 2015, she earned her Business Administration degree with a Marketing Management Major at Far Eastern University Manila, one of the Global Top 100 Innovative Universities according to WURI
(World's Universities with Real Impact). Career-wise, her passion lies in real estate, customer service, and child education. Three different fields, but she managed to gain experience in all of them.

She has many interests, which she often uses as ice breakers, and she can connect easily with clients. Her experience in educating young learners taught her to have a significant amount of patience, which has helped her tremendously today in dealing with any customer needs, no
matter how difficult they may seem.

Outside of work, she is very passionate about so many things. She takes dance classes and actively participates in dance summer camps. She loves making song covers and singing with her brother's band at his restaurant whenever possible. She is a huge reader, book collector, dog lover, and fur parent. She is also discovering her love for writing.

She recently just joined UMI and is eager to learn and excited to meet new people.

MEGAN DECUYPERE

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTIONS & NEW CONTENT

Megan DeCuypere is often described as passionate go-getter. She is currently enrolled as an honors student earning her undergraduate degree in anthropology. She is committed and dedicated to always getting the job done right. Megan has worked for UpMyInfluence since September of 2019.

Megan has a love for travel and adventure and is always willing to try new things. She has a love for food and is always experimenting in the kitchen.

MIANNE CUDAL

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Mianne was born and raised in the tropical country, Philippines, and struggles with its two climates. She wants to experience snow too. She has been with the team since 2019 and manages Josh's social media accounts. It is her responsibility to make sure that his social media pages are updated and that his appearances and contents get out for his followers and aspiring entrepreneurs to read or tune in to.

SORCHA NOLAN

SOUND MIXER

When Sorcha was a 3 year old, she would sit atop the desk and doodle on Microsoft Paint, working one pixel at a time to create massive and detailed images. This patience and artistry has followed her into adulthood, so it's no surprise that she's now editing audio.

While Sorcha still paints and illustrates, audio production has become a new passion to go with all her many other creative passions. A huge goofball and ardent in every task she takes on, the gears in Sorcha's head are always turning for her next big art project.

AOIFE NOLAN

PODCAST MANAGER

Hello, I'm the youngest daughter. Aoife has been ballroom dancing since 2012 and dancing competitively since about 2013. She's had multiple regional first place championships, international second place wins, and even holds a Bronze Medal from the International Olympic Committee-recognized World Dancesport Federation Games.

Her stubbornness and determination to keep trying is what got her those wins and those traits follow her in everything she does, including being assistant to the Managing Director and as Podcast Manager.

Her ultimate goal is becoming a Computer Engineer with a focus on Cybersecurity.
When she's not working or studying she's playing her favorite computer game, World of Warcraft. For The Alliance!

DAVID NOLAN

B2B SALES SYSTEM VIDEO EDITOR

David Nolan has been an avid chef since he was 12 years old, refining his skills and spoiling his mother nearly every day. He specializes in Asian and Mexican cuisines. David is a gamer-extraordinaire playing on a multitude of platforms.
At UMI, David works in video post-production producing video clips intended for social media use and client edification videos for the B2B Sales Systems.

I'm Nino Mas, a 13-year graphic artist residing in Manila, Philippines. I am also a professional musician/songwriter and member of Filscap.
