Mike grew up with a speech impediment and during his childhood he had to take speech class. From early on he was driven to complete the work and learn to communicate better. Then, his family moved to Mexico and learning Spanish in front of others helped him understand how hard learning how to communicate in front of people is. He uses this knowledge to help others communicate better with teammates and customers to develop better relationships.
