Saket Jain shares his passion for entrepreneurship as well as creating an impact on society. He believes that making money and giving back to the community co-exist, which is why he created Impact Wealth Builders.
As an American immigrant from India, Saket shared his personal experiences of making money in the land of opportunity, but then wasted precious time for what really matters. He had observed over the years how many people are busy making money but have lost the true meaning of life. The mission of Impact Wealth Builders is to give people time back while helping them achieve financial independence.
Saket added that if businesses are clear with their mission, not only do they make money, but they can also give back to the community. As someone who considers themselves a socially-minded investor, Saket and his team want to ensure that the investments they make are aligned with their passion and that together they will create social impact. They believe less in the investment thesis and more in building a community of investors.

About Saket Jain:
#1 Bestselling author, real estate investor, syndicator, tech enthusiast and philanthropist, Saket Jain is the Founder and CEO of Impact Wealth Builders. He has over 15+ years of experience in real estate investing. Over the last 5 years, Saket has taken a particular interest in class B/C multifamily apartments in markets that have strong fundamentals. Along with his partners, Saket has built a portfolio of over 2000 units totaling $200M in assets across several US markets; the portfolio has consistently achieved double digit returns. Additionally, Saket has committed his resources towards educating underprivileged kids, enabling them to join the next generation of wealth builders.
In addition to investing, Saket currently serves as a Business Operations leader at Airbnb Headquarters. Prior to that, Saket, in his role as a business consultant built, launched and led profitable new ventures in the technology and financial sectors.
Saket earned his MBA at Columbia Business School, and achieved his Bachelor in Engineering at IIT, India. When he is not working, Saket loves to spend time with his wife of 19 years and 2 daughters.
