Now you're found on the web at E the number two M solutions.

Speaker 1 (00:01:21) - Com many thank you so much for joining us.

Speaker 2 (00:01:24) - Thank you George. Thank you for having me. Excited to speak with you. you know, I heard you have an amazing, audience of B2B businesses, agencies, coaches, consultants, and, I always love to speak with like minded people. You know, I'm obsessed about the entire B2B agency ecosystem and have been in this space for more than ten, 12 years. So super excited to speak with you today.

Speaker 1 (00:01:51) - Absolutely. So, E2M solutions. I love the model. Tell me how this works because I think that, you know, for a lot of professionals out there that might be, you know, it's like when when we think about starting our own company, there's so many hats that we have to wear. One of those hats is operations and fulfillment, which sometimes that attracts us, you know, because we maybe we enjoy that work. But what we find is that that pull for us to be ambassadors and evangelists and, and actually out there growing the company, it consumes a lot of attention.

Speaker 1 (00:02:29) - And so, you know, it's like we kind of get pulled in a lot of directions and eat to em. Seems like a brilliant partner, but I'll let you explain how it works.

Speaker 2 (00:02:40) - Sure. So, at E2, you know, we are obsessed about helping agencies grow and scale their agency business. And, you know, there are so many ways to do it. And we do it by solving a one specific problem, which is solving the bandwidth and capacity. So you exactly mentioned that, you know, there are so many agencies who really want to grow and scale their agency business without increasing their overhead costs, and they just want to focus on growing and scaling their business. They don't want to worry about the fulfillment, cycle. And that's where we come into the picture. So we typically partner with agencies were in need of like, you know, building websites, doing SEO content. And they need a fulfillment team. And that's how we help agencies solve that bandwidth and capacity problems. And we have a very interesting business model, which is like, you know, unlimited support on all the services we provided, fixed monthly cost, which is exclusively designed for agencies.

Speaker 2 (00:03:38) - And yeah, as we speak, you know, we have a 300 full time, actually 200 full time employees and 200 plus agency clients. But we are in the we'll talk about it. We are in the process of acquiring another white label WordPress development partner with that, you know, next month we are adding 100 more employees, team members and 100 more new agencies to, you know, a brand.

Speaker 1 (00:04:03) - Yeah. So, Manish, let's say someone's listening. And, you know, they're doing SEO. They're also trying to grow their company, and they're just they're working. They're just way too stressed out. They feel maybe even a little bit burnt out. They're they're they're trying to work very hard. so explain like what this engagement looks like for, let's say, an agency owner and, and, and if they were to have a conversation, you were to explain the model and go, go ahead and give us the go ahead and give us the overview.

Speaker 2 (00:04:39) - Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, as an agency owner, they always are always client facing, which means they are dealing with the clients, right? Starting from the submitting the proposal.

Speaker 2 (00:04:51) - So we help them not only in the fulfillment but also in the back end with pre-sales activities as well. So when they have a potential client, they discuss the requirement with us. We submit a proposal, they add their margin on top of that, and then they, you know, send it to their clients. And once they win that proposal and they engage with us into our services to use our team as a fulfillment team to deliver that project to their clients. So the role of an agency owner, is more of a like a liaison between their clients and our team. And ideally, we work with agencies where there is someone at agency who is client facing doing sales, doing a project management, doing a client services or account manager. because we don't typically, engage with their clients, we only engage with agencies. that's not who we are. Right. So we highly, prefer and recommend agencies that. Hey, you always should have a client facing team at your agencies. and then you think of our team as a fulfillment team with all these ever changing technologies.

Speaker 2 (00:06:01) - You know, you give an example of SEO. In SEO, as there is a local SEO, there is an e-commerce issue. CEO. National is your net need of a content. And there are so many. There is a gig for integration, and it's very hard for agencies to have all these 5 or 6 different people, on demand whenever they need. And that's what the problem we solve, where you pay like, you know, you buy bucket of hours at a fixed monthly cost and have all these expertise, on demand with no, like, long term commitment. So that's how the engagement typically works.

Speaker 1 (00:06:35) - What if someone says, but Manish, if I partner or outsource to you, it's not my own company.

Speaker 2 (00:06:43) - I so agree. I think, you know, I will always look at like that. You know, we are a part of global ecosystem, right? look at as an agency owner, what's your strength is if your strength is more about marketing, sales, building brand. And what if it's like someone like us who has already figured out the fulfillment side, then.

Speaker 2 (00:07:03) - Right? And then why do you really want to figure out something which someone has already did it? My perfect example is something like that. imagine if, you know, Apple would be manufacturing iPhones in the US. The prices would have been a lot higher than what they are selling yet. And if you ever see Apple products, they always say like designed in California and assembled in China, and they are like, we are really good at design and we will be focusing on what we are really good at and let you know, this country who is really good at manufacturing, let them do that assembling part. And that's how we can ship the really best products at the best prices to our clients. So ideally we we look at ourselves as like, you know, helping small businesses of, you know, us to grow and scale their business at a best prices, because while partnering with us, agencies are getting really price advantages because of, you know, having a team of sure. And that's how they are, you know, delivering the best services, quality service at the best prices, I wouldn't say like a cheaper prices.

Speaker 2 (00:08:06) - So in terms of brand, we do completely white label. So which means that we don't put live any footprints which we do on our clients. You know, agencies, clients work. So when agencies are shipping work to their clients, it's actually agency's name goes along with that, you know, work not ours. So we do everything behind the scenes. Completely white label.

Speaker 1 (00:08:29) - Yeah. And if someone says, well, I'm concerned because, you know, the folks that I have are very highly skilled. they're they're nervous, maybe about a degradation and quality of service.

Speaker 2 (00:08:43) - Yeah. No, I hear you, but this is something like this company I started like 12 years ago, and we are like one of the, you know, with this acquisition, we will be actually one of the largest white label WordPress dev partner in the world because, you know, out of 300, we will have like 150 plus core WordPress developers. So we have a team pool of resources having like over a decade of experience.

Speaker 2 (00:09:11) - So I think, you know, what we are serving to 300 plus agency clients and I don't think, you know, there is any kind of quality issues, usually agencies face and the level of expertise, the level of experience our team has is kind of like unmatched and unparalleled. which is hard to get at the cost that we have. We are giving. So sometimes I understand, you know, agencies have their own way of doing it. And there is always learning a little bit of learning. When we onboard agencies, when we do engage into partnership like this. But there is that learning curve is very small because over here also we have people who are highly experienced. So we pick things up very faster. And I understand, you know, that question always comes up. And the best way is like, you know, we kind of like our team works very closely initially with agencies to make sure we continue matching the same quality to deliver to their clients, and there is no kind of interruption in terms of quality and service.

Speaker 2 (00:10:16) - Even though when they start working with our team.

Speaker 1 (00:10:19) - Yeah, I know you're a big advocate for the agency world. are there what trends are you seeing right now from your vantage point? and, wait, before you talk about that, can you tell me a little bit about how many agencies you're partnering with? And, and just kind of the growth of mention of, of E2 and then we'll get back to some of the trends that you're seeing.

Speaker 2 (00:10:44) - Sure. as we speak, you know, we, have a 200 plus 200 plus agencies we are currently working with. Wow. And, and we'll be adding 100 new agencies from July 1st next month. so in total will be serving like 300 plus agencies. And our growth plan is like, you know, we want to we are on the verge of dominating this, market where I was, you know, looking at the statistics, there are alone like 55,000 plus agencies alone in the United States, and we haven't even captured less than, you know, 1% market.

Speaker 2 (00:11:21) - So our goal is to get to as much, possible as much markets that we can capture as possible. So yeah, that's what and on an average, we had like, you know, 10 to 15 new agencies every month.

Speaker 1 (00:11:35) - Yeah. Listen, there's a lot of jobs that founders of agencies have to do. and, you know, certainly we have our own stresses. You know, the industry evolves and changes from time to time and kind of getting back to what I was about to ask you, is, you know, what observations have you seen around the agency world? You know, here we are kind of halfway through 2024. What what are you observing?

Speaker 2 (00:12:02) - I think, you know, the the biggest thing is that, agencies are trying to focus on the they are trying to go after, focusing and freeing up their time. that's the focus. That's the change. I've been seeing a lot where agency owners are, you know, obsessed about freeing up their time. And that comes the delegating the responsibility.

Speaker 2 (00:12:25) - So one of the that's a challenging thing. You know, someone who is doing by everything by themselves and they have to just free up their time by getting there for some of the responsibilities to someone else so they can focus more on growing their agency business and scaling their agency business. I always put it like that. They are right now working in their business, and they want to work on their business. Right. And which is there is a huge difference. So that's the shift which I I'm seeing, specifically, you know, with AI and everything is coming up. they constantly trying to make sure they stay focused and what they are really doing at rather than just doing everything by themselves. So I think that's the same time definitely seeing lately.

Speaker 3 (00:13:14) - Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:13:15) - All right. So your website E2M solutions.com. what is you know again say there's an agency owner and and again they find themselves, you know, just micromanaging a little bit too much. You know, maybe they're trying to stay competitive. maybe they're looking for opportunities to improve, cash flow, you know, which is always, you know, a concern for a vast majority of agency owners out there.

Speaker 1 (00:13:46) - tell me about the enrollment or engagement process. Like, what does that first conversation typically sound like?

Speaker 2 (00:13:53) - I think, you know, in the first conversation we try to identify their needs, ongoing needs, and our business model is designed in a way that we don't lock them in a long term, contracts. And typically we design, we recommend them the plan based on their need and make sure does not hurt their cash flow. And the biggest thing which I love about our business model is like it's purely month to month. So I think, you know, that kind of business model agencies love working with us, which kind of gives them a peace of mind even when, you know, when we they engage with us for the first time instead of 30 days, they want 90 days to try out our services to see how it goes. So that's what I really love about our business model. It just gives agencies, you know, ease to do business with us and have kind of an on demand team where they don't have to think about that.

Speaker 2 (00:14:48) - Hey, I have this thing, I need to get a quote. and then they have to approve the code, and then the work gets done instead. They know, okay, I have this team, I have a bucket of hours. I just get things done and they don't have to, you know, deal with like ten different people to get things done. They have one dedicated single point of contact and they just get things done. I think, you know, that's what the engagement first engagement looks like.

Speaker 3 (00:15:13) - Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:15:13) - So any agency owner that's listening right now, here's kind of the major areas that that you fulfill work on digital marketing, including SEO, copywriting, content writing, a lot of website web design and development. So WordPress and that sort of thing. And then a lot of E-com work to Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.. and again, when somebody goes to E to M solutions. Com what would you recommend they do?

Speaker 2 (00:15:42) - ideally, you know, we have a white label page.

Speaker 2 (00:15:45) - That's where we have designed our our pricing is very transparent. That's right. On the website that actually gives an idea to agencies that what each of one of our plans has to offer, including pricing. And then that's it. You know, that kind of gives them a really idea whether we are a right fit for them or not, whether this pricing point makes sense for them or not. And they just immediately kind of schedule a call with our team and we just take it from there.

Speaker 1 (00:16:14) - You know, I see some advantages kind of baked into this, right, that let's say that, an agency has a client and the scope tends to or the scope is going outside of what they normally do. But it's a great opportunity, right? And they don't want to have to give the whole job to somebody else now because of their relationship with them. You have talent that can do a lot of different things. So I see that as one of the major advantages as well.

Speaker 2 (00:16:43) - Yes, absolutely. Yes.

Speaker 2 (00:16:45) - And I think.

Speaker 1 (00:16:46) - Oh, go ahead please, please, please.

Speaker 2 (00:16:48) - No, I was just I was just saying that I think we don't realize that even like, you know, building a simple I wouldn't say simple, but building a little bit of complex WordPress website actually need a front end developer, back end developer, server guy, QA guy, designer, and SEO guy. Like you need five six expertise to build a successful, you know, complex WordPress website, right? And that's what you get here. when you kind of partner with white label partner, at a kind of fixed monthly cost with no obligation.

Speaker 1 (00:17:20) - Manish. Dude. Raja, thank you so much for joining us again. Founder and CEO of E to M solutions. The website e the number two M as in Mary Solutions. Com Maneesh thank you so much for joining us.
