415 – Franchisor and Franchisee with UBreakIFix’s Brynson Smith

Today with us is Brynson Smith, the Director of Sales and Franchising for UBreakIFix.

UBreakIFix has 581 locations currently, and began in 2008. They began as a mail in service where people mailed in phones to get them repaired. Eventually they opened up the first store in Orlando and it all went from there. In 2013, they decided to franchise the company and that's the main focus of today's episode.
