Ethan tells how the Rocky Mountain Physician Agency or RMPA got started. He openly shared different life stories and experiences of doctors, including himself, and other medical professionals and how those experiences led him to support and establish the agency.
Ethan also overturned the misguided notion that doctors are rich and don't need the money anymore. He shares that since then, doctors have been looking for lucrative opportunities to earn and gain more recognition. Based on these experiences of uncovering the inequities and vulnerabilities present in the healthcare sector, RMPA Co's goal is to bridge this gap and educate physicians on what they need to know.
As for income, Ethan shares different factors that contribute to it, such as your specialty, your contract, etc. But he never failed to point out that doctors, whether general practitioners or subspecialists, are equally valued and should have the same opportunities in the industry.

Ethan's extensive experience in physician recruitment is grounded in a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. While completing his legal education, Ethan earned his Masters in Business Administration, also from the University of Dayton. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Public Relations from Southern Adventist University.
